Its been 4 years working in this organization - which gave me all the opportunities to grow as an individual, opinions, and suggestions are valued. The best thing about the company is that you work in a stress-free environment, appreciated for experiments. And people are also supportive, especially management.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work is overloaded during peak seasons, and I would suggest that HR should bring some employee engagement activities and benefits.

I got to learn alot while working with IMS Proschool. Seniors always encouraged me and gave me an opportunity to take important major roles in company which helped me develop skill and contribute towards the company's & my welfare.
