IMS provide job security unlike other companies they like to work on the employee in making them better. While my tenure I never felt the work load and was able to enjoy everything there. The managers are really good and approachable and helps you in every possible way .The HR even tries their best to solve the problem of the employees .they have the refreshment room where you can play tableteniss ,carom etc...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
