Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

To be quite honest there is nothing I don't like about, everyone is so supportive starting form the manager to the colleagues to team. And if we do than we try to make it changes and bring more comfortable place to work.

It's been 3 years now here in Impos Global and Work place is comfortable and gets lots of education and skills. It's quite interesting and motivating. There is many new things which we learned everyday and am really proud to say that.

Just the environment... Working like a family.

Dislikes

As the company is just 4 years running so there is no PF, just our salary inhand nothing other benefits .. And salary hike is not good... Working 10 hours and alternative saturday is also not so good without any OT.
