As per shipment quality (solid/ liquid/volumetric) and stacking norm SOP of the shipments, the best utilization is done under the vehicle.We work on dock productivity , our target is to unload minimum 400 to 500 shipment in hour.Daily on vehicle depart. Unless and untill vehicle is low utilize and shipment are to arrive with In hour FM and IPC Incoming process for same line.

Honest employees have to face poor increment & promotions, bad satisfaction with their job. I'm was facing bad experience in this company due poor company culture & management decisions. Worth part of the company is no-one calls it ltd. company because lower maintainance in the plant except R&D centre and some of new build plants, otherwise all old plants looks like poor or forbidden workshops.
