Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? People are knowledgeable. No need to worry about job security. They will never fire you until unless you do terribly wrong stuff. Their R&D wing has amazing labs and campous.

No good working culture at all. Your JD will not match your work. For senior Engineer also in development, the work is more of production rather than of development. Too much pressure to handle projects and resources are not provided to help you in projects. 6 days working with more 9 hours of work will make you tired.
