I have been working in the organization for more than 2 years. I love the culture of organization and employ friendly policies. They have got proper HR management system and leaves policies. Work scope and learning graph is good. You will learn a lot of things as they provide proper training to people if they are not able to perform properly. Salary delivery time is fixed and if it get delay the HR will share the proper timing when it will be credited. Flexible working hour for some senior members. No boundation of strict work timing....Read More

In some department/work proper process of working is missing that makes the work delay a more then usual. Apart from that I didn't find any flaws in the organization.

This organization is majorly interested in growing itself and lil to nil focused on employee growth. Is so invested in client support that it forgets to understand the concern of employees and don't allow to take the yearly planned leaves even. Also, if in case a person decides to leave for a better growth opportunity they make sureto ruin his/her remaining days in the company....Read More

Dislikes

More can be done towards cross utilisation of people, moving across tracks, trainings from external vendors and digitization of internal support functions to carve out an effective organization.

Worked as full time security test engineer with ImpactQA for more than 2 years. The daily tasks are quite challenging as the clients are very big name in the industry and delivering excellent services is must.
