Extreme toxic culture
Avoid going to Swati's team, she literally made me cry in 2 weeks and then told me don't try to show everyone in the office that how we are torturing you
They will tell you that every alternate weekend you have to work, but that is a nonsense you have to work on all the weekends
You have to work on Diwali, Holi, eid, Rakshabandhan, they provide you extra on that day (1500 per holiday)
But you don't want to spoil your festival for Rs 1500
You can work on those days from home and as per your convenience
They stopped giving this during COVID, I don't know if they have started it again or not
No salary hike, no promotion
In 3 yrs I got salary hike of 200rs per month or Rs 2400 pa, when I told them that I am resigning then they raised my salary by Rs 4,000 and promoted, however I didn't want to stay and left for a bigger and better opportunity...Read More
