I would never recommend any candidature to apply/work at Impact Communication. The work environment is highly toxic, by this I don't mean office politics, its more that than. The company runs with a work culture on nepotism and dictatorship, if the employee is not allowed to express their viewpoint, share their experience or even suggest an idea with respect to work , preferences are given to employees who are working in the organisation for years irrespective of the experience, designation or skills too. If an employee is an outsider you're literally targeted and treated inferior again irrespective of the experience, designation and skills one posses. This is from my experience at Impact communications,I was assigned to a team and my team lead named Nisha Gaud(she is working with Impact communication for 10years) had terrible rather zero experience in handling a team.Though Nisha Gaud have a senior designation but she lacks basic professionalism, a basic mail goes unread/unchecked for 2 days, she fails to guide team mates, when tried discussing a work hurdle and asked for suggestion I was straight away told to figure it by myself and she can't guide anything on it, and this attitude was thrown multiple times. Being a senior in the system an undue advantage of the seniority and no.of years spent in the system was taken like reporting to work by 3 pm in the afternoon, not attending calls in the most urgent situations not being flexible to work despite of arriving late to office, even basics of practicing punctuality at a clients meeting wasn't followed. In COVID times, the management decided to deduct salaries of employees, well the criteria set for deductions were purely based on the number of years an employee has spent in the company. This was simply a huge discrimination. Employees were laid off without any intimation or salary. I would strongly recommend anyone not to join the company, there is no growth, no opportunity, no benefit at all....Read More

It follows work culture of nepotism and dictatorship. The company and management fails to offer professional growth, support, positive work environment. The biggest blunder done by management is that it forces employees to buy a health insurance(the insurance money is funded by the employee itself) and the break up is shown under the slab of company's offerings. Most importantly, salary slip which is the sole right of the employee and a must to be shared by the company is not been provided too. On asked for a salary slip the management refuses to share it with the employees....Read More
