Only one knowledgeable director. Very good knowledge, knows how to gel a Pharma, Ayurvedic and Ayush Dept requirements at a time. Ready to work on experiments.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional management, no connection between profile selected and work given, zero QC, fabricated QA, selective recruitment of needy people who don't leave the firm at any point. Extended working hours. Management don't address any issues directly. blindly trust the managers but blames every subordinate and work force. Have a fashion of Firing people.

Got to know only new set of people but no career growth options. Missed to work on my core expertise, always worked different from my background.
