I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Just location is good.

Dislikes

No career growth financially and technically after 2-3 months working. They are just fooling clients and stealing money by giving copy paste codes and not delivering complete project. You will face deduction on late comings, will face challenges while taking leaves. Mr Piyush Gupta is non technical person having no idea about timeline. He play very cheap politics at the time of increments
