upper management and total upper authority is unprofessional.they mentally torture new nurses.No proper salary day.Career growth is very slow.Very rude NS.DOESNOT value lower employee,Worst experience in my life,im. fxxxing depressed,cant bear this fxxxng job till 2 months,leaving at 1.5 months.
