Management and unit HR head is very worst, salary not on time, but partiality and politics by supervisor, supervisor have zero knowledge, if any staff doing honest work or good work there has no encouragement only pull down the leg. No benefits and facility.

I hate to working under the extremely bad HOD(Miss.Ganga Nandi) of the Nursing department of ILSA. Her behaviour and attitude towards the nursing staffs are very very bad. She is having favour to her own beloved staffs and partiality to other staffs. Due these reasons most of the staffs are left/resigned from ILSA.

The worst place I have ever worked in my entire carrier especially the agartala unit this place is been ruled by few people and they won't allow anyone from out of Tripura to work peacefully, and the whole hospital is currepted to the core. For revenue they are reusing the disposible items other than the listed items in the OT and other places. If you are a patient centric employee this place is not for you.And even if you want to leave the organisation they have a strange policy that they will not do the Full and final till three months after that also you have to keep knocking them for your f&f and experiance certificate....Read More
