1 A nice startup with good people. 2 Genuine and humble management. 3 Lot of projects for anyone to grab and venture, irrespective of pur skillsets. 4 A big plus is Respect, our feedbacks are valued and respected. 5 Flexible timing and permanent wfh option is also there. 6 there are a lot more +ve's, you will come to know once you join. Its a suspense till then.

A big no till now.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

It was a challenging and joyful ride till now in Ikorp. Hopefully, It will be more fun in future also. Good and different work environment, awesome appraisals.

Always interesting, faced challengs, which helped me to grow more. Got a chance to do lot of hands on. Enjoyed every bit of it.
