Good work environment and culture. But company policies are fait and appraisal is little tricky and they give not tooo much hike and bonus but no negotiation in interview. Best place who want stability and comfort in career.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address issue. Salary is decent but growth is too slow.

Work Details

Its depend on department. If you in management or coordinator or marketing/sales department then best for your career and growth also. You also got multiple hats and that helped to get a taste of different to within same team.

The Work pressure to complete the work in time to time is very high.Till we complete the work at late night only we have to go home.
