Salary on time, no internal politics in my workplace. I had quality work experience here, I learned how to be confident in my work and how to deal rude and hypocrite patients. I'm not telling all patients are rude or hypocrite, these type of species are are only 1-3% but they can make your day hell.

Dislikes

1.There are two types of working staff permanent (government) and contractual. !!Permanent saare laddu kha jata hai aur plate dhone ke liye contractual staff ko pakda deta h!!. 2.They want to reach office on time but closing time they want us to work unpaid overtime. What kind of bull-shit is this. 3.There is no paid leave. If u take leave you salary get deducte. 4.There are no government holidays....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
