If you don't have anything in hand than only go there. It's like temporary low paying government job with lots of hardwork. If you are there with them they are happy, once you ask for resign, they will put all the work on your head.

Campus and dedication of people for work. But it depends on projects and your supervisor. If both are good then life will rock otherwise it will become hell. But in both cases you get the chance to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Some times people become rude that might be due to the stress that they hold. So please judge carefully and don't give up your emotions. As I said earlier that the experience will be best if you get good supervisor with good project but it will become worst if you get opposite. So it totally depends on the people with whom you work. For that we can't blame IIT Kanpur. It is best.
