No job stability for all departments, owner are selfish , senior staff are very rude and play lot of politics , demotivation after performing also. Salary is not same what is in offer letter

There is alot of politics and owner Anand Rai play like very innocent. Admission manager nivedita gosh gurgaon campus is literally terrific , lot of deduction, they are people from February to October , after admission they fired

The Higher management looks professional just on the face. After multiple rounds and positive feedback they ghosted me and then spoke in such a condescending tone while we were negotiating on the offer. If they can talk to a prospective employee like that, not sure how they treat their employees. Poor Leadership and Org Culture.

Company's owner is very gud.. such a polite guy, hats off to him But some of the senior employee is terrible they think as if they only run the comp....If I talk about marketing group its pathetic because ur senior n mkt head will treat u like a dog. Management is run by owner family , which has both side impact . Its all depend in your capacity and deliveriability in front of managemment.

SOP needs to be create and follow, dictatioship needs to be end, no additional oppertunities apart from salary.
