Iifl company is good Wat ever policy is good especially in Andhra Pradesh there is no transparency in carrier growth only limited people enjoying the benefits especially in expansion HL tats why attraction is to high senior people leaving the system middle management like zsm r doing as there wish no transparency in promotions and hikes

No one can reach central team from middle management there is all product under on roof like in Ap its wrong

Iifl is good organization i doing best business i iifl home loans but some time company stop funding that time difficult to work there because off when we doing business then get insensitive.

Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.

Branch culture, Manager is corrupt, he takes bribe, is indisciplined and behaves in a disgusting manner towards his juniors. He discriminates between employees, there is no discipline in the branch. He is spoiling the atmosphere of the branch.

Nothing at all. Pathetic HR policies. Not at all transparent. I got a call via Naukri.com and I didn’t apply but they were very eager to take me and gave good compensation. Interview process was so easy that even I was surprised. NO brain storming work at all despite of me being senior risk manager. Unnecessary mundane work is given usually. Zero growth aspects. I resigned in 6 months. zero facilities for employees. Everything sucks there. Cafeteria smells very badly. One thing I dislike the most is there no learning from senior management.
