Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.

Worst company in finance sector! Only donkey running this company.. No respect for hard working employees, only matter is useless Senior Manager. Target completed by Subordinate staff but foreign tour enjoyed by Senior Manager who did nothing except unnecessary yelling.. Iifl company is good Wat ever policy is good especially in Andhra Pradesh there is no transparency in carrier growth only limited people enjoying the benefits especially in expansion HL tats why attraction is to high senior people leaving the system middle management like zsm r doing as there wish no transparency in promotions and hikes

Branch culture, Manager is corrupt, he takes bribe, is indisciplined and behaves in a disgusting manner towards his juniors. He discriminates between employees, there is no discipline in the branch. He is spoiling the atmosphere of the branch.

I resigned in 6 months. zero facilities for employees. Everything sucks there. Cafeteria smells very badly. One thing I dislike the most is there no learning from senior management.
