There is no work life balance. They want us to work on every day till night. Sundays working. Compensatory benefits was very less.

No work life balance, even in 5 days working co. all sat. are working as per policy of co. Daily late sitting and mostly compulsory holidays used to make working days. Long notice period of 3 months.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
