Likes

The good thing was that it wasn’t super strict with the shift timings. If you informed your manager you’ll be late, it’ll be okay. Informing made it easier.

Dislikes

The work environment wasn’t suitable as I’m in my early twenties. I had a major age gap with the other employees and thus the way of thinking made it difficult.

Work Details

The job was interesting. I struggled a bit though because no formal training was given. However, overall it was good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
