Excellent skill development. Good management. They listen to your issues carefully and takes action as soon as possible.

Dislikes

Too much politics, especially seniors. Career growth is within the company only. Once you let it. That experience works no-where.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
