The Welfare Facilities are Good. Admin Department is supportive, co-operative behaves politely.

HR Department is Third Class. HR Head is very Rude and Arrogant. HR team is not supportive. we really surprised though they are working in HR Department they are not having knowledge about simple things like; leave policies, attendance policies, employees referral schemes etc. Overall may be HR Team not having required qualification. All senior people are very very egoistic... No respect of juniors, ask engineer to work like workers. No proper training or development. HR and Admin are the worst departments... They don't care about employees. All policies are changing person to person. Full scam.

Lots of thing to learn. This company literally has each and every huge instrument/machine/vessel a mechanical engineer need to gains its knowledge for future growth. Nice food and travel facilities. Company is best for desk job.

No one is ready to teach in Mechanical Dept. The managers only need that the engineers should not sit for 10mins. They only need engineers to run in plant either it be for work or for some non-sense reason. They really want to satisfy there ego. Field job is the worst part you have to stay whole day under sun in open plant with hotvessels ranging temp. 50-400 degree C. Managers will always try to stuck you after your duty hours they always want you to forget about home and work for 12-15hrs with only single OT. The worst part is OT for engineers they only pay you single OT depending upon your basic salary which is definitely very much low....Read More
