First of all, the coffee vending machine here sucks - you need to bring your coffee to work! I would no longer recommend this company to any of my family/friends or even enemies. The culture has turned very toxic. No promotion happens in this region - all big roles are going to Poland - feel like there is subtle racism creeping inark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Employees from the UK and other "Whiter" regions get opportunities to work from global offices - but not Indian employees</mark>. The hike % is a joke every year - unlike other organisation, here it is based on regional inflation rate (and not based on individual performance) - not sure which brain thought this is a good idea to keep high performers motivated....Read More
