The job security is good..in this pandemic situation also nobody lost their jobs. IFB take good care of their employees. The work culture is nice..you feel like home while doing work there. The management and company policies are also just. Proper rules and regulations are followed. I am very much satisfied by working there as a trainee. They didnot treat me like a trainee but as their own.

It is interesting. At first I struggled alot as I didn't receive any training but today whatever I learnt it's because of my job there. If you are under a good boss and team then you will not feel like you are working. Work becomes easy and interesting
