Have been working in this company since years after having worked in big corporates. First workplace where skill and hardwork is recognised. All those who are complaining are those who they have not been able to prove their efficiency and could not justify their worth in the company. They are those who have messed up the processes and system due to their incapabilities and lack of ownership, and brunt had to be faced by the company. Near to railway station, job security and 5 days week.

Dislikes

Poor HR. Too much of politics. Some old employees are very rude and easily manipulate the management. Some take advantage of their power and influence to treat others however they like. Management and HR are not concerned about company's growing unhealthy work culture. Very low hike in salary. High attrition rate. Not a good place to work at.
