Have been working in this company since years after having worked in big corporates. First workplace where skill and hardwork is recognised. All those who are complaining are those who they have not been able to prove their efficiency and could not justify their worth in the company. They are those who have messed up the processes and system due to their incapabilities and lack of ownership, and brunt had to be faced by the company. I recently graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I have secured a job as a Business Analyst at an eCommerce brand with a salary package of 4.5 LPA. Considering I graduated from a tier 3 college and got the job off-campus, is this a good package?
