There us little bit uncertainty in salary payment, and less benefits for extra work irrespective of curriculum.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Academic hierarchy is one big mess. Qualification of heads and upper management. No employee friendly policies, some policies are created intentionally just for the harassment of employees. Working inefficiency in higher management itself. No defined rules. Bossy higher-ups instead of leaders. This university requires restructuring.

I like nothing about this university, it is the most disgusting place in which anyone can ever worked. There is so much of politics in this place. You will never get paid for your hardwork. People only criticise you here. No salary at all.
