IDP is a very good organisation but IDP managent team is not good.specialy canada CR team is very bad team.They dont support to their counsellors.seema sethi and shilpi singh both are very agressive ladies.Both they always doing back biting.

Dont like idp canada CR team and IDP higher management.But punjab area head Mr.vipin varma is a very good person.

Likes

It was a good company to work with but over a period of time the welfare part of the employees has completely been on stake. Once a very good culture has turned a place of behind the back biting place.

Dislikes

The appraisal were not as per the performance of the employee. To be in the good books you need to be a person with no objections .
