IDP is very good someone who has prior experience in counselling & can get good hike, work timing is quite good. But alot of pressure comes from management side which makes employee productive less. Freshers are welcome if they want to build career in overseas education but pay would be bit less. During COVID situation the best part was that nobody got laid off, company take care for each employee but when it comes to pressure it's something that we have to look market situation & then decide the strategy....Read More

Dislikes

Career growth is bit slow & salary is part of negotiation. Work-life balance is good but yes when you are in service industry, students parents will disturb you often during your week offs & holidays.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
