Excellent reporting manager, always there for you. Learnt a lot under her. Currently working on contract basis but don't worry about it anytime. Salary always on time. Awesome teams member with whom does not feel workalcohic.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
