First thing is they providing a freedom and work balance for eg there is a flexible timings you can take multiple breaks or tea break ect no one ask a question about it or no one point you the company want you to just complete your work on your given deadlines that's all sometimes there is a lot of work they assign to you so there is bit of pressure for the day or by the way in every company you have to face the pressure for sure but here you have freedom to do your work on your time set ok and 8hrs is the working hours from 10 to 6 and one hour of break and 3rd 5th Sat is working 3rd sat is a sessions or activity's have plan you will be enjoy and the employees are very friendly helpful you can learn a lot related to your existing skill set....Read More

Yes people are shuffling a lot over here don't know why but may be because of their personal problems someone have work pressure or facilities problem but this is a mid range company so you didn't expect a MNC facility but in that company having everything you need.

So cool people are very friendly helpful energetic you don't even realise how your whole day is been spent.
