I started my job in an all together different field, however during lockdown I was remowed from my old job. I did self learning in web development and applied here. They gave me a few test projects and gave me feedback and absorbed me into the company. I have been able to learn and grow with them. Very young company and good work culture. They have been putting their employee first.

Dislikes

They should stop hiring people without conducting thorough background checks.

I started as a new joinee with limited to no exposure in web development. I was guided all along and was intensively trained to work on challenging opportunities. Now I have been working on backend projects as well. I am a full time fullstack

Working here is one of the best things that happened to me. The team is very cooperative and friendly and I have been able to build this from ground up. It has been very challenging journey and has given me tremendous amount of exposure and a lot of responsibilities were entrusted to me.

Nothing as such. Maybe more team outings.

I was pushed into the challnging role and this was one of the toughest aspect. I got to juggle between a lot of roles and responsibilities which you rarely get at the MNCs. The work I got to work on and the freedom was phenomenol.

The people and team are very friend and supportive. They give you your space and platfrom to perform. They provide good skilling workshops and freedom to perform.

Dislikes

strict action should be taken and zero tolerance if people are not performing.

the work was good, got to learn from conceptualsing to sketching working on branding, UI and UX. simply lucky to got this opportunity.
