What I appreciated about the company was that a few individuals were genuinely helpful. I also know some managers who were truly passionate about their work and their teams were well organized. The organization lacks effective management and struggles with resource allocation. Many operations are held together by makeshift solutions (JUGAAD). There is a noticeable discrimination against fresh campus hires, with differences in salary and team assignments based on their MTech institutes, favoring those from IIT Bombay. Even individuals having MTech degrees from renowned research institutions are not placed in roles that align with their area of expertise. The HR department is the most incompetent, and I don't understand why no one questions them.
