Work pressure was not there.

Top management like AVP is hell in noida 67 in finance. He is like lala there. He can any time fire any one from team. No job security. No cab facility for male. TCS was the biggest cleint who just broke contact with them. No Hr is there to support you if you got fired by top management without any fault, to fullfill ego of top management.

Vice President of Finance Department (Noida Office) of night shift Sunil Patnaik used to say me to stretch for 14 hours on a daily basis or I should lower down my salary from Rs. 1,20,000 LPA or I should resign. So, I had to resign. In IDC Technologies. There Labour Laws of India are not followed are people are working around 10-12 hours. Working more than 10 hours were normal in IDC Technologies. Sunil Patnaik only used to work for 09 hours and ask me to work for 14 hours on a daily basis. During the time of interview he did not mention me this thing....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
