Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes., I have to work beyond my shift in a day to attend the client calls in the evening. Client do not have the value of the individual that's why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I don't receive any appreciation mail emails from the client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product selling on call as well as to manage yeild operation. Pitching for my company as a markerter gets tiring and task is slightly repetitive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
