I have been serving IDBI Bank since 2007 but my overall experience into the organisation is not upto mark since company expects private culture while people are promoted and supported on the basis of personal whims and biasness.Growth opportunities are like once in lifetime and I have seen non deserving candidates being escalated unduly.

I do not dislike but wish to convey that everyone be given fair chance to prove without prejudice

IDBI BANK IS AN INSTITUTION WHERE WORKING IS MY DREAM AS IT CONTRIBUTE TO THE GROWTH OF INDIAN ECONOMY BY FINANCING MAJOR SECTORS OF INDUSTRY FROM LAST MORE THAN 50 YEARS.
FIRST PRIORITY IS JOB SECURITY ALONG WITH BEST MEDICAL AND FAMILY BENIFITS LIKE BANKS ACCOMODATION.
