My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. I used to like work invironment and also I felt like be friendly with managers and hr they were supportive to an employes .so employes also enjoyed work environment everything facilities got employees from company it' was good company then employes can able to used with that usa process
