Politics, Nepotism is also found in this company, always listen to HR and seniors, else you will be kicked out from company.

Headache....no fix time due to heavy operations and most of time spends during traveling

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
