I got this opportunity through a recommendation from my friend. Initially, it was difficult to adjust the fast-paced work environment and keep up with demands. But eventually, things got settled. I always believe that getting an opportunity is not difficult but to give your best is challenging and will take you a higher position. ICRI is the best company to work with.

I have so many things to mention in this section. Right from the working atmosphere and no politics at the workstation to on-time salary and learning opportunities are something I like the most about ICRI. I feel that it is one of the best educational firms you can ever imagine and work with. Team members, seniors, and the management are so supportive.

The office location is a bit far from my location. But I am planning to relocate to make things easier for me.

with 7 years of experience, I came to ICRI. keeping my experience, knowledge, and skills in mind, the management decided to promote me within 6 months of my joining. I don't think any other firm usually does this. currently, the whole HR team reported me. Thanks to the upper management for this recognition.

ICRI is the best organization i have worked in so far in term of employee's policies and welfare. If you are good enough, then you will surely get the best in industry compensation along with an outstanding pool of great talent to work freely. It's been around 1 year and i am very happy with my growth as a working professional. According to me, It is the best firm to grow as a professional.

In my tenure of almost 1 year, I have not seen anything that is good for employees. They always modify their policies just to benefit the employees in the best way possible.

I like everything about ICRI. The management team of ICRI is very supportive and helps its empoyees make the most out of their skills. It's been more than 2 years that I am associated with ICRI. Here, they conduct special training for those who are fresher so that they can get familiar with the responsibilities for which they are hired for. It is simply amazing.

I only want that the management to organize the more team building activities. Apart from this, there is nothing that I want to suggest them.

It was an amazing experience working with ICRI. The organization took care of everything including the smallest aspects of its employees. The management staff of ICRI is very supportive and helpful. The timings are also good and they never pressurize their employees to work beyond working hours. The atmosphere is so positive and comfortable to work.
