The management is least bothered about the employees .. They only need people who are good at buttering & gossipping, HR can go to any extent to harrass the employee on the pretext of policies.

The Way management operates, No professionalism at all . Few area and regional managers are just running like headless chickens and make useless policies that even they dont understand just to show that they are working , Rather they are the people who are polluting the entire organisation . It will be great if Pawan sir gets to know all this ASAP to save ICONIC from being another sad story in retail ....Read More

It was one of the best experience. Amazing team to work with. Amazing bosses. Really supportive and encouraging

Iconic had a lack of management, things those should be done right away happened a week after so it caused a lot of difficulty
