company culture is not at all great, increments , promotions - forget about it once you join at a low position ur stuck there forever. Trainings, department support was absolutely slow here. No one really cares especially after i served 4 years in this company they didn't even give me a good farewell- why cuz i am of no use to the company anymore? - how pathetic right. The only one person i reported to he was good to me- But we didnt have much connect department wise. sadly he resigned and the HR here started treating me badly. Amount of knowledge material reasearch team use to send was very helpful, company is superb with great satisfaction to client on the return side and wealth creation, you get lo to learn, having good client base to develop

Dislikes

Upper management specially DET channel management and Sachin Pahuja National Head very bias towards his favourite people, not having any sense of management of channel, promotion are not on the basis of hard work, rest brand is very good and other channel

Work life balance and freedom to work from flexible locations. The company will offer ample knowledge to keep yourself upto date.

Dislikes

No job security, the management does not value its employees, they treat you as a disposable resource threatening to sack you every other day. Absolutely no promotions, I know people stuck in the same position for the last 5 years with no promotions in sight. And their salary is one of the lowest in the industry.

Salary and hike is very bad. No worklife balance, like in holiday if some new fund is launching you have to work on Saturday or Sunday. They don't feel we are human. We need rest. And DET channel don't give leave.

I joined as a fresher and there was no one to hand hold, No one to tell the process, straight away asking sales numbers in crores. No one listens to your problem or issues, asking for a leave was a big no, even on official holidays we were asked to work. Asking the sales numbers three to four times a day, putting a lot of pressure. Moreover official timings were 9:30 to 6:00, but we were not allowed to leave at 6, manager will held a meeting at 6:30 which starts at 7 and finishes 7:30, moreover we were asked to report office at 9 rather than 9:30.
