People who are favourite of their boss only they are getting a way to move ahead others are pushed down. People dont get equal opportunity at all and senior only promote their guys whom they like

The company paid me decently. I was using high configuration systems and was able to get upgraded whenever necessary. I got necessary basic training related to work.

Dislikes

Middle Management is not very professional. They don't have proper work ethic and treat working for the longest hours as the best way to work. Lot of insecurity in terms of learning and sharing work within the team made the work environment bad. Appraisal systems were biased and there was clear favouritism in providing opportunities
