Dislikes

Where to even start on this. 1. Management - the managers are hardly trained and cooperative in how to handle a team and how to keep up the spirit. 2. No training provided. Even in probation given targets and deadlines without proper training. 3. Worst HR - hardly any complaint or feedback is taken seriously. 4. No work-life balance, breaks are restricted, leaves should be told months ago if more than 2 days. 5. Not even near to being a little employee centric company. With selfish goals and targets, no guidance and support to newbies or junior employees. 6. Keep retaining who have no experince...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I had a lot of respect and love for ICG Medical and it's Values but recent incidents in the company and drastic management changes have proven to be a disaster.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend joining ICGMedical Now but A Year Ago I would have Highly recommended to work here. Since the new COO has taken command the company has lost it’s values, vision and reputation. A handful of people and new COO’s employees are flourishing and succeeding and they own the decision making power. It is a single owner company and honestly I will never make a mistake to work in a Single Owner Company because they are less of owners and more of dictator Wrongful Termination Forceful Resignations Bias Managers and Management No Value for Skills and Determination Favouritism has crossed the limit.
