Appraisals are slow, a lot of corruption at the branch level, work is bit monotonous.

The work is more about convincing students/Parents to apply for IBSAT Exam and finally to take an admission in one of the campuses of IBS.I used to do the telephonic calling as well to sell IBSAT Application forms.
