There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

One of the worst experience in my life. There is no security and scope. They don't pay salary on time. They pay one month salary after 2-3 months.and this salary is not paid in one time. They pay in installment.

Work Details

I have join as a Branch manager but doing a office boy work. Because there is no office boy in this company. So I have to open and close office by ownself and also some other part of office boy.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
