My Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely ,also there is good support from Seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organized by HR and celebrated properly by employees. You have to work 9am to 6 pm. till my 5 years of career i might have streched only for 5 to 6 times that too only during Audits.
