Company supported with 70% Salary to manage the important expense. Management retend the employees apart from finanacial loss. Workculture is good. New Polies are under development phase due to some calculations. Yes Company appraise every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and favoritism from the management. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. All ploies are in favor of employer only. No EPF, Medical, Insurance for Employees. More than 9 hours working without weekly off.

Work Details

The Job is stressful, where no time for personal life. To much meeting without prior communicated ajenda. Learnt things by my own and on Job training. Self motivation and developement is the only key to success.
