It was number one worst institute in nagpur. If they need service we are god otherwise they will create anything & thrown outside no more explanation & taking agreement they put different clauses later they blackmail. I rejected 8th foundation because i don't have exp, i requested academic director in place of 8th you will give two more JEE sections but they wouldn't. After few days they terminated they showing reason you will speak with ladies so we will terminate but actually i don't know hindi they don't know english. When i questioned HR, he said no more arguments. I came from hyd, i have known only english. I cad iit teachers requirement add posted all 365 days in internet. Now parents given respect to branded institute from regional to national so every where management said they don't see your teaching they will give importance my brand name my final result(some times false that means they purchased in last moment) . For example in Jan 2017 one student brougt from different institute to icad with different testings, director paid certain amount to student. Finally he got in jee mains 322/360. I cad given imoprtance to all 3 HODs. My maths HOD in advanced level for analysing questions, subject related arguments not interested. I feel overall bad experience in Icad....Read More
