Growth is only for senior management level. Politics level is very high. There is no meaning of designation because they treat every sales person at any post like junior sales person.They want sell their products in every segment but they don't have market knowledge of other segments besides IT segment they are only theoretical. Every time they are finding way to deduct salary of their employees without any specific and genuine reasons. They don't have solutions for the problems of their employees facing in the market.They are only concern for primary billing nothing else. Nepotism is a common culture in the company....Read More

Work Details

My work was slightly challenging as because they don't have products or pricing according to the market. Targets are ungenuine and they don't have any solutions to meet out employees target. Seniors are every time manipulating the things .
